Waverly, IA 50677 To be eligible for a NEISCA year-end award, you must complete this form and pay the point keeper $10.00 per exhibitor before you show in your first class. Halter, Pleasure exhibitors must show in 5 shows during the year and game exhibitors in 2 shows during the year to be eligible for a class year end award. The fee paid to the point keeper shall not exceed $10.00 per exhibitor regardless of the number of horses shown. Exhibitors must be a current year member of a NEISCA Club (see member club list) The registration fee and this completed form must be received by the point keeper before your first class for your points and number of shows to count. Anyone who shows your halter horse for you must also be signed up for points before they show. Halter points go with the horse, Performance / Games points go with the horse/rider combination. Permanent numbers / laminated may be purchased for $5.00 each ( 1 to 100 ). Contact Julie Kramer for what numbers are available. If you purchased a number last year and wish to have the same number this year, you must renew that number for the current year at the $5.00 fee. Your horse assessment, laminated numbers, and point sign up money all go toward year-end awards. Please make sure that you indicate that you are showing novice on the point sheet. (circle above). Novice exhibitors are eligible to show in halter, showmanship, novice walk trot, novice pleasure, novice English, horsemanship, trail and games. Novice exhibitors are not eligible to show in the regular walk trot or pleasure classes. If you start out novice you can change to regular classes but your points will not transfer. Be aware that if you start out showing in regular classes, you CANNOT change to Novice for that show year.
